Justin St. Louis CFP®, RRC

Senior Wealth Advisor

Justin St. Louis is a practice lead with over 18 years of experience, working with a select group of high-earning professionals and business owners whose financial lives have grown increasingly complex. Justin’s approach is thoughtful and deliberate, helping our clients navigate this complexity so they can build, enjoy, and transfer wealth, with confidence.

Early in his career, Justin recognized that many established households were being sold individual products, rather than being engaged to build a cohesive strategy. Important risks had often remained unexamined, and when left unaddressed, could quietly introduce financial fragility over time.

His philosophy is straightforward: the most effective way to increase net worth is to reduce what is lost to tax. This principle becomes particularly relevant for families navigating layered income structures and corporate planning decisions, where small inefficiencies can compound meaningfully over time.

Justin works primarily with established households navigating a meaningful inflection point—strong balance sheets, rising income, and growing responsibility, while seeking a more intentional approach to preserving wealth, and defining a legacy that reflects both their success and their values.

Outside of his practice, Justin frequents Toronto parks & attractions with his wife Michelle and their two children, Chelsea and Edward (Teddy). He is also an avid cyclist in the Golden Horseshoe and frequently travels to Montreal to enjoy its food scene and skiing.

Jason Hammond

Senior Wealth Advisor

Jason joined IG Wealth Management in 2017 and brings nearly a decade of experience in comprehensive financial planning. He works with successful professionals and families focused on building and preserving wealth, helping bring clarity and structure to increasingly complex financial lives.

His approach is grounded in the belief that effective planning must be intentional and cohesive. Rather than treating decisions independently, he focuses on aligning income, assets, and long-term priorities within a unified strategy designed to support both growth and adaptability as circumstances evolve.

A central focus of his work is the role of earning power within a broader financial framework. As the foundation of long-term wealth creation, it shapes how risk is managed, how decisions are structured, and how outcomes are preserved over time.

Jason continues to refine his thinking through ongoing study of financial planning strategies and industry developments.

He lives in Burlington with his wife Kim and their two children. Much of his time is spent with family, often traveling in support of his children’s pursuits in high-level athletics and competitive e-sports. He also enjoys exceptional dining, adventure-driven travel, and time spent camping and outdoors.
