Gregory Pesic

Gregory Pesic Dipl.Fin., FMVA

Practice Manager

Gregory studied finance at the Pilon School of Business at Sheridan, where his instructors included Ross Geddes, author of Valuation and Investment Appraisal (2002). He remains an active student of valuation, investing, and capital markets.

Gregory holds the Financial Modeling & Valuations Analyst (FMVA) designation. Although he narrowly missed the opportunity to study under Mark Meldrum, who retired from Sheridan the year Gregory began his studies, he later completed Meldrum's advanced derivatives program, drawing on the teachings of one of the finance industry's most respected educators.

Prior to joining IG in 2020, Gregory worked as a municipal government budget analyst and completed an internship supporting senior leadership at one of Canada’s largest credit unions.

As Practice Manager, Gregory is responsible for the operational management of the practice, supporting client service, financial planning initiatives, and business operations. Working closely with both clients and advisors, he helps ensure the team delivers a consistent, efficient, and high-quality client experience.

A dedicated reader of financial literature, Gregory enjoys studying investment valuation and financial history. Outside of finance, he is an avid golfer, enjoys reading, and spending quality time with family.
